Knife hands, Butchers & Meat Packers

Location: Kings Park, NSW

CG Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Knife Hands, Butchers and Meat Packers to join a busy meat processing factory based in Kings Park.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with previous experience in the meat industry who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Positions 

• Knife Hands 6:00AM-2:30PM: Experienced in trimming, slicing, boning and preparing meat products
• Butchers 6:00AM-2:30PM: Skilled in breaking down, boning, portioning and processing various cuts of meat.
• Meat Packers 6:00AM-2:30PM OR 1:30PM-10PM: Responsible for packing, weighing, labelling and preparing meat products for dispatch while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming and preparing meat products to required specifications.
• Boning, slicing and portioning various cuts of meat.
• Packing, weighing, labelling and sealing meat products.
• Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and workplace cleanliness.
• Meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Knife Hand or Butcher within a meat processing environment.
• Confident knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
• Full working rights in Australia.
