Forklift Drivers – Salad Processing Facility (Morningside)

Various Shifts available | Monday to Saturday roster

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join a busy salad production facility located in Morningside. This is an ongoing role suited to someone who can operate a high‑reach forklift confidently, work independently, and provide leadership support when required.

What You’ll Get

• Location: Morningside, Brisbane QLD

• Pay Rate: Dayshift $34.96 per hour , Afternoon Shift $40.21 per hour and night shift $45.45 per hour (casual rates)

• Roster: Monday to Saturday

• Shift: Day, Afternoon and Night available 

• Start Date: Immediate start available

What We’re Looking For

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ high‑reach forklift experience

• Ability to lead a small team and also work autonomously

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety

• Comfortable working in a cold‑room food manufacturing environment

• Full Australian working rights

Experience in food production, FMCG, or cold‑storage environments is highly regarded.

A Typical Night on the Job

• Operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

• Moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

• Loading, unloading, and organising stock accurately

• Supporting production teams and coordinating workflow when required

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all site safety procedures
