We are currently seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced food processing facility located in Mt Druitt. This is a casual, full-time hours role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff

• Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow

• Oversee machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Monitor and maintain stock levels

• Ensure production targets and KPIs are met

• Hands-on role requiring some heavy lifting

• Work in a cool/cold environment

• Handle and process beef, pork, and cheese product

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Must have previous supervisor experience 
• Comfortable working in a cool environment 
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Available to start ASAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
