Factory Supervisor – Modular Building Projects 

Our client, a leader in modular building solutions, is seeking a capable and hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee operations at their Riverview facility. This labour hire role runs through May 2026, with strong potential for extension based on project demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small to medium-sized team on the factory floor

• Drive safety culture through toolbox talks and proactive hazard management

• Motivate and guide team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Be hands-on and flexible, including availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays
