EVENT LABOURERS – GOLD COAST
Casual | On-Call | Fast-Paced, High-Profile Events

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable event labourers to join our on-call crew for a variety of large-scale events across the Gold Coast.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physically active work, thrive under pressure, and take pride in being part of a professional, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bump-in and bump-out of event infrastructure (staging, fencing, furniture, marquees, etc.)

• Manual handling and general site labouring tasks

• Work alongside site managers, technicians, and other crews to deliver safe and timely setups

• Follow site safety protocols and client requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general/event labouring

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• High level of physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive manual tasks

• Professional presentation and strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work on-call, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends

• White Card (Construction Induction) – required
