We have exciting opportunities available to work for various exhibitions, shows, concerts and events for labourers and licensed Forklift Drivers, to help in setting up, packing up, and staging shows. Searching for forklift drivers with counterbalance experience. 

Working at prestigious venues like Princes Wharf.

Show Dates: Tuesday 30th July 2026 until Friday 31st July 2026 

This is casual oncall work

Available Positions

• Event Labourers
• Forklift Drivers (LF Licence Required)

Event Labourers:

• Assisting with set up and pack down of event structures, tents and equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks 
• Spotting and guiding forklift drivers safely into the halls
• Transport freight on pallet jacks

Forklift Drivers:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts to load, unload and distribute freight 
• Transporting large and oversized freight across the site 
• Assisting in the set-up and dismantling of exhibition stands, airshow equipment, and infrastructure
• Ensuring the safe operation of forklifts and adherence to all safety standards

Forklift drivers will be loading and unloading a variety of  ugly/awkward/ over-sized  freight.

What we’re looking for:

• Forklift Licence (for forklift positions)
• Must be available all dates listed
• Eagerness to work, with proven reliability and great presentation
• Access to high-vis work attire, with black steel caps and black dress trousers
• Unrestricted working rights within Australia
• As the work is in licensed venues these roles it will be mandatory to be fully vaccinated
