Events Front of House & Customer Service Staff
We're currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Event Staff to work across a variety of major events, expos, conferences and exhibitions throughout Sydney.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments and want flexible casual work, we'd love to hear from you!
This is casual oncall work
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting attendees
- Scanning tickets and managing event entry
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Answering attendee questions and directing guests
- Crowd control and queue management
- Checking in registered guests and verifying attendance details
- Assisting event organisers with general front of house duties
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
To be considered for this role you will need to obtain the following:
- Proven customer service experience
- An eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work casual/flexible hours
