Casual Event FOH / Customer Service Staff

Love working in fast-paced environments and being part of exciting events?
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House / Customer Service staff to join our casual on-call team supporting a variety of events across major venues.

From exhibitions and conferences to corporate events and live shows — no two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ticket scanning and registration desk support
• Providing directions and event information
• Crowd flow and general customer assistance
• Cloakroom and ushering duties
• Supporting event teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well presented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Previous events, hospitality, retail or customer service experience highly regarded
