Event Crew – Labourers, Forklift Drivers & Supervisors

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Event Labourers, Forklift Drivers and Supervisors to join our team working across some of Melbourne's largest events, exhibitions, conventions and trade shows.

Based at major venues throughout Melbourne, you will be involved in the setup and pack down of exhibitions, conferences, sporting events and live events.

Available Positions

• Event Labourers
• Forklift Drivers (LF Licence Required)
• Event Supervisors

Duties May Include

• Setting up and dismantling exhibition stands and event infrastructure
• Loading and unloading event freight
• Operating forklifts (where licensed)
• General labouring and site support duties
• Following event schedules and safety procedures
• Supervising crews and coordinating event operations (Supervisor roles)

What We're Looking For

• Previous events, exhibitions, warehouse, construction or labouring experience highly regarded
• Forklift Licence (for forklift positions)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical work
• Availability for day, afternoon and occasional weekend shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
