We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives for opportunities based in Moorebank and Wetherill Park. These roles offer Monday to Friday hours with the potential for long-term employment in supportive team environments.

Available Rosters

  • Moorebank: 7:30am – 3:30pm (Permanent Position)
  • Wetherill Park: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Temp to Perm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing and keying customer orders accurately
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and order issues
  • Managing cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely customer outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate customer, order, and account records across systems
  • Providing general administrative support to daily operations
  • Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debtor account management

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
  • NetSuite experience highly regarded
  • Salesforce experience beneficial
  • Strong order processing / data entry skills
  • Confident phone manner and clear communication skills
  • Experience in case management or handling customer investigations
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
