Key Responsibilities

• Processing and keying customer orders accurately
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Investigating and resolving customer enquiries on behalf of clients
• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
• Updating and maintaining customer and order records across systems
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes for customers

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Operations Support role
• NetSuite experience highly regarded
• Salesforce experience beneficial
• Strong order processing / data entry skills
• Confident phone manner and clear communication skills
• Experience in case management or handling customer investigations
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
