About the role:

• Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
• Handle phone and counter enquiries
• Process orders and provide product information
• Assist with general office and customer service duties
• Ensure work are is neat and tidy by cleaning up and assisting wiping down areas 
• Handling payments 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Product knowledge of meats or deli products ideal (not essential)
• Friendly, professional and reliable
