NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS | BEEF MANUFACTURING COMPANY | MORNINGSIDE
We are looking for reliable workers to join our beef manufacturing facility in Morningside. These are Permanent, Monday to Friday roles with an ASAP start.
Positions Available:
Process/Pick Packers – $33.25 per hour + Loading 
  • Hours: 3:30pm start - Sunday to Thursday roster 
  • Duties
    • Picking and packing orders
    • Strapping orders
    • Moving pallets and crates
    • Food Processing
    • De-cartoning
    • De-bagging
    • Dispatching orders
    • Labelling and sorting raw & cooked animal products, and other adhoc activities.
Team Leader- $35 per hour + Loading 
    • Team supervision 
    • Working coordination 
    • Safety Compliance 
    • Training and Onboarding new staff 
    • Quality Control 
    • Performance Monitoring 
    • Shift Reports 
    • Problem Solving 
    • Communication with Management 
    • Compliance 
    • Roster and attendance Support 
    • Team Culture Building  
2IC - $30 per hour + Loading 
    • Support daily supervision 
    • Shift lead when required 
    • Monitoring production flow 
    • Safety Oversight 
    • Training support 
    • Quality monitoring 
    • Record Keeping 
    • Team culture support 
    • Communication Link 
    • Record Keeping 
    • Working coordination 
    • Safety Compliance 
 
Applicants must possess the following
    • The ability to work with  BEEF
    • The ability to work in a cool environment
    • The ability to lift heavy (up to 25kg) constantly
    • The ability to commit to a 38 hour week
    • Be able to undergo a pre-employment functionality and drug/alcohol test
    • Car and license are preferred but not required
