Senior Administration Officer – Landscaping Industry Wacol

  Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm | $36.81 p/h

About the Company

Join a well‑established landscaping and earthworks business based in Wacol. We deliver commercial and civil landscaping projects across SEQ and are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Senior Administration Officer to support our growing operations.

The Role

Reporting to management, you’ll oversee daily administration, job flow, team coordination and operational support. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job management — uploading, receiving, opening and closing jobs

  • Team coordination — supporting and guiding a small admin/operations team

  • Reporting — weekly/monthly updates, KPI tracking, workflow reviews

  • Software use — SAP or similar earthworks/landscaping systems

  • Invoicing & accounts — invoicing, PO management

  • Data entry & compliance — maintaining accurate job records, site documentation, safety registers

  • Customer & supplier communication — managing enquiries, issuing updates, processing orders
  • General senior admin duties — inbox management, filing, maintaining registers, supporting management with operational tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a senior admin role (landscaping, construction or earthworks preferred)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and lead a small team

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Experience with SAP or similar job management systems

  • Must have a car and valid licence
