3PL Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy 3PL logistics company based in Lidcombe. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a small team of 5–6 staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple clients.

About the Role:

• Day shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Lead and motivate a team of 5–6 staff
• Oversee daily operations for 4–5 small clients
• Hands-on work including picking, packing, and consigning orders
• Operation of counterbalance and high reach forklifts
• Maintain workflow and productivity across all warehouse activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Valid forklift license with recent experience
• Strong knowledge of RF scanning
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience within a 3PL operation highly regarded
