Kirsty joined the CG family in November 2018 after working in the payroll industry for 15 years. During her time in the industry she has worked for a number of sizeable companies with some employing up to 15,000 staff at any time. She has extensive knowledge of payroll and the Awards, EBAs and structures in place for casual employees and brings with her an admirable capability of working in high performing team environments as a leader with an aptitude to gain knowledge of requirements very quickly. During her short time with CG Recruitment she has built great relationships with our candidates and clients proving herself to be a valuable team member who dedicates her time to ensuring high attention to detail and customer service.
Kirsty is a very friendly and professional New Zealander who takes pride in being a great mum and is a keen baker.
