Our client, a leading manufacturer of delicious pre-ready salads, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to join their team for the night shift from 10pm to 6am.

The Logistics Supervisor will lead the charge in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, verifying the precision of customer orders, and spearheading advancements in processes via automation technologies.

Night Shift Roster | Tuesday to Saturday | 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the transportation of fresh salads from production to distribution centers.
• Ensuring a safe working environment including updating risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Supervise a team of logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Produce routine reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer valuable insights into operational efficiencies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
• Solid WMS experience within FMCG.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
