Level 1 Tech Support Wanted 

Our client is a leading IT services provider and are seeking a Level 1 Tech Support 

Location: Melbourne, Vic

Shift time: Wednesday 13/03 - 5pm to 7pm

The Role:

• Providing comprehensive IT support to clients
• Resolve and diagnose desktop and laptop software and hardware issues
• Advanced computer knowledge
• Must be a problem solver and trouble-shooter
• Provide exceptional technical support to ensure optimal handset functionality

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous 
• Ability to handle various onsite technical challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel 
• Reliable, confident and a self starter who is able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong friendly customer service personality 

To Be Successful:

• Ability to travel between sites
• Full Australian Drivers License and own transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2x work related references
