THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Admin for an immediate start.  At times this role can be fast paced, you need to be someone who can think on their feet, multi-task and adapt to changing environments and demands, you must be someone that has HIGH END Experience in Manufacturing or Prefab/Modular Buildings.

 
What's the job:

• Data entry
• Invoicing/Quotes, raising PO's
• Running reports for senior management
• Liaising with Clients on a daily basis including Councils and Government agencies
• General administration
• First port of call for all incoming National calls
• Front office duties
• Managing our filing system and ensuring quality checks are complete

What we have to offer:

• Monday to Friday 
• Casual Role - FULL TIME HOURS, View to PERM in just a few months

• Experienced Admin within Building and construction Trades
• Advanced Excel Skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Own Transport and Licence

• Full Working rights for Australia
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 6am starts
