Customer Service Attendant & IT Specialist 

Our client is a leading IT services provider and are seeking an experienced Temporary Onsite Phone Technicians to join their team for projects across Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Suburbs and Regional QLD.

Location: Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Suburbs, Tweed Heads and Regional QLD (some travel required)

As a dedicated professional in the field, you will play a crucial role in assisting and updating Android phones, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Proven experience in enrolling mobile devices into MDM solution (e.g. Intune / Knox)
• Assist in updating and maintaining Android phones on various projects.
• Backup data to the cloud, download required applications, and efficiently migrate data.
• Utilize your knowledge of device handsets, with a focus on Android systems.
• Provide exceptional technical support to ensure optimal handset functionality.

Job Details:

• Starts Monday 25th March
• Laptop Supplied
• Training Via teams prior to starting
• Must have own Car and Licence (No Learners - Full Australian Licence)
• Car Supplied for site travel

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail telecommunication stores is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Android devices and their operating systems.
• Ability to handle various onsite technical challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between different sites across Sydney Metro and potentially regional NSW
• Reliable, confident and a self starter who is able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong friendly customer service personality 

To Be Successful:

• Ability to travel between sites (Car Supplied)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday - Project Based weekly roster
• Open Australian Drivers License  and own transport 
• Willing to Obtain or Provide Police Check Clearance
• Full Covid Vax (double or triple only)
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2x work related references

Role may involve Travelling to different sites around Brisbane and Regional areas, Operating autonomously and Customer services.
